Lui has been in web development for more than a decade. He specializes in building websites in WordPress and creating custom functions according to client needs.
Lui has a degree in Computer Science. At his first job out of college, he created desktop applications using Visual Basic. From there, he self-taught himself how to use web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Throughout his career, Lui has learned various techniques for building websites that help him deliver effective solutions with great UX. He is able to provide efficient, custom websites for clients ranging from small businesses to corporations.
Together with his team in Toro Digital, he continues to build an effective online presence through Digital Marketing, Web Design, and Development.
